I have a 302 Boss motor in my 74 grabber with a 8inch 3.55 rear and a c-4 trany and haven't had a moment of trouble from it. At the track I'm running 12.75 1/4 mile, unless you can find the right rear you will have to makes some mods. Has for your frame rails you might try some local yards, 64 to 65 mustangs may work as well as granada's with V8's
