: : and I have figured a way to pull off getting everything I need done all at once (fingers crossed) NOW you've got me worried about the drive shaft!!!!
: : I know Alice is a bit mongrel... her 250 obviously isn't her original engine, how to I know wheather the current drive shaft is going to be able to handel the tourque?
: : You guys are giving me nightmares.. all that money, all at once....
: Relax, unless you're making tons of torque, and small blocks normally don't, Not like a big block you won't hurt it. The biggest problem is allot you people use "el cheapo" u joints and they break very easily. Put in quality u joints have it balanced and shouldn't have any problems. Or the Ford Motorsport catalog has new steel shafts for under $65, cut to fit that you will not break. Just make sure you have good brakes, go power is fun but whoa power is also important.
