Compare that with the build date of the vehile itself. Usually the engine parts are a month or two earlier then the body. None of that really matters for flywheel balance. If in the years gone by a bad starter chewed up that flywheel another was put in. The only safe way is take the old one out and down to a GOOD machine/parts shop. Believe me they love it when you have the old part with you!
