...it's stamped on a 'boss' (flat machined area) at the back of the intake, along the top edge of the block. You may need to do some MAJOR "cleaning" to find it. It should match the first two and last six of your VIN to be "original" to that car, for example: 2X312324 would be a 'match' to your car's VIN.
: If the number on your dash and the number on your engine dont match its not the factory engine.
