The real problem is you can buy a car done cheaper than you can have it done. And if thats not bad enough I do ALL my own work and still my cars are never worth what I have in them. I might also point out that this is across the board of all car lines and makes. Maybe the real key is stopping at a certain point and not investing anymore. I have owned my Maverick for almost 24 years and easily have $18,000 in it. If it's worth 25% of that i would be amazed!!
: Remember 4 doors don't really have a resale value. Most that are still around are taken for the rear end tranny and engine for parts.
