Is a C-4 Trans. behind a 250 the same as one that's behind a 302.

I just picked up a '76 that had the interior burned out of it. It has a 250
with a C-4 in it. I need a C-4 to put behind a 302 in my '73. Are they the
same? Any changes need to be made? Any help would be much appreciated.
