:Leon, the only substute for cubic inch is more cubic inch. If I may suggest, use a alumunim Raditor from AFCO racing. Lighter & keep the engine cooler ($175). I have a 460 in a 82 Zephyr. I got the mounts from Kaufman down in L.A. The hyd. throwout system? The only place I can thing of for you would be to try the circle track magazine & AFCO. I've worked on 429/460s since 1972. Any questions give me a yell. Love that engine.
Right now I'm putting a 72 Grabber together for my son. 302 with AOD, 4.10det in a 8' rearend.
