Desperately need 2 parts, er 3.

Man this stinks but around here I can not get the fan/ heater panel and switches or the cover for the center A/C vent without buying a $150 dash and those don’t even come with a useable pad. Can anyone help me out?

I also need one clip that hold the arm rest to the door for my 71. Can even find a 17 door panel yet alone a clip.
