: 70-81 pintos and the 74-78 mustang all had a similar setup. the early pintos from 70-73 had different rack mounts so you would want to go with a 74 or newer pinto/mustang. they also made power racks and put them in at random. i had a 76 pinto with power steering. the cool thing is you can use any power steering pump you want to. just hook up the lines the right way and viola. if you have any other questions about the pinot/ mustang front clips ask me. i know a little about them as i have built a racecar out of a pinto and i have torn apart racks before too. any questions???
