Actually you have to first open the window. Then remove the wheather stripping. (it just pulls off.) There will be three screws in the hinge along the front of the window. There are two screws in the latch attaching it to the body.

: I had to swap one out when someone shattered mine to get into the Comick. Off the top of my head, I THINK it was a small matter of removeing some screws around the outside. At any rate, it was very easy to do, and you should be able to figure it out by looking closely around the edges of the window.
