: I love how somebody 2500 miles away can tell me that the tires and wheels that I've had on my car for the past year don't fit... T.L., you're really laughable sometimes.
:
: : They sit inward too far...245s will rub...Need less backspacing...
: :
: : :you could probably fit 255's on your stock Maverick rear axle.
I HAVE THOSE WHEELS ON MY CAR TOO and I KNOW what will and WILL NOT work with those wheels and a stock 8-inch rearend !!!...Your 9-inch is 2 inches wider than a Maverick 8-inch and has no problem accomodating wide tires with that wheel backspacing. The guy was asking about putting them on a stock 8-inch rearend so...Go tell your mother she WANTS YA !!!

: : : : Can any of you guys who are using 14x7 Magnum wheels give me the benefit of your experience re; maximum tire sizes practical for use on a stock height Maverick? I'm planning to use the same or slighly larger tires on the rear and would like to avoid getting something that's going to rub. What has worked for you? Thanks. John B.
