The new header looks like a 1 piece with shorter primaries: better for ground clearance. That's the way to go, if you stick with the stock head. It will really wake up that old boat anchor. The 200 & 250 heads are the same, but the headers may be different due to the differing locations for the starter motor (at least they were different for the old headers). Don't waste you time on the stock manifold - it's a POS;-)

I'm really intrigued by the OHC head. I don't know if it will fit, but that would be an amazing upgrade! I get shivers thinking of a twincam 4-valve screamer that puts out V8 power in a lightweight I6 package. Can you say "M3"? ;-) Even if you stick with the pushrod head, that will be a huge improvement over the original cast iron asthmatic on the US model.
