Sometimes life sucks...
I was sitting at a stop sign and about to turn onto another street, there was a big delivery truck turning onto the street I'm pulling out of... well there wasn't anyone else in sight so I pulled out onto the street and BOOM ! There was a Ranger PU on the other side of the delivery truck... he ran across the front of my Maverick at about 50 MPH ! It's all smashed up in the front now.. shoved the bumper/valence flat into the radiator support and ripped the passenger side fender almost all the way off. It looks a lot worse than it is though...the radiator support and side aprons are still perfectly straight !!! It's wierd, the fender bolts are still in the apron.. the fender just ripped off ofthe bolts !! It pushed the whole front of my hood down ( and it's a grabber hood ) so It looks like I gotta find another one of those too. i'm gonna tear all of the crashed parts off of it tonight to try to get it somewhat fixed for the race Saturday... I have an extra flat hood and fender... it's not a car show it's a drag race right?
