: Just some advice for Maverick/Comet owners. I had a Holley that I put on new 11 years back on my 302. It never ran right and always needed ajustment. When I let the car sit for a few years the Holley needed a complete rebuild and a year later needed another accelerator pump. I finally went out and spent the money on a new Carter Carb for it and it purrs. What a difference. It is the best money I ever spent on the car. I tried an Edelbrock which is the same design as the Carter but I had some auto tranny linkage hookup problems. If you need any advice on which Carter model to fit your Maverick or Comet feel free to email me with questions.
: Thanks

While we're talking carburators, what is on my I6-250 in my '77 Comet?
