Do the brakes first...they DO make a lot of difference. "Tis better to be able to stop well before going any faster, lest you'll not be going fast for very long" an old hot rodder once told me (may he rest in peace). It's not TOO difficult if you can find a good "donor" (maybe a Granada, HEE HEE) and switch all the necessary components."
