I read an article on that plate thing...to eliminate the control valve or something...but it was on like a late 60's stang...i thought of doing it myself...because of the leakage and all that....but it does add some extra HP :) about 10-12 HP is what the article said...let me know...maybe i can scan the article for ya or something...it walked you through on how to do it....i believe it was from a Hot Rod mag. about 5 months back or so...
