: it leaks alot and i dont like the feel of power steering compared to manual i have drove many power steering mavericks and i didnt like any of them so i know it is not just mine. i have also drove a manual maverick and it felt alot more solid for lack of a better word.

: : Why would you want to get rid of power steering? It sucks not having power steering, you have to turn the wheel ALOT.

Would you consider selling the brackets for the p/s pump? I'm going in the opposite direction as you and need the brackets. I have everything else from a parts car. The pitman arm is attached to the gear box output shaft and links to the center link. You should be able to get a center link / drag link from a parts store, or you can get one from Auto Krafters for $145. I would change the Idler arm as well. It is on the passenger side, and is the sister component to the pitman arm. Let me know on the brackets. Good luck.
