THE ENGINE will bolt right in , but make sure you use the flywheel that goes with the engine . If it is too large to fit inside your old bellhousing, youll need to get a larger bell housing from a later model tranny and bolt it to your trans. In this case youll also need the larger torque converter so that it will match up to the flywheel
