Its cheap to fix if your doing the work yourself. The seal you can get at about any parts store. Just tell them the year/size motor. Its not an obsolete part.
Speaking of that. I just replaced the front main in my Mav. There is a repair sleeve for the pulley if it is grooved. You know, thats cool. I'd never seen one of those before, and they work great!!!!


: I would say my rear main is leaking, but that sounds pretty bad. So I'll specify and say that the rear main in my mav is leaking oil when I drive it. What do I need to fix it, what am I looking at as far as $$$, and how much of a pain in the ass is it going to be? Any info is greatly appeciated.
