Keep in mind that there ARE/WERE Trac-Locs available in an 8" rear...Mustang II's even had 3.55 gears in them! The 9" IS the toughest but that comes with the "penalty" of weight (and price, as you know already!)
: I've been asking around my area, trying to find a 9 inch posi-traction for my Mav, and talked to someone who says he has one (not cheap)out of a Grabber. Even the Grabbers didn't come with factory 9 inches, did they?
