That's good info. My understanding is that a 8" is atleast as good as a 10bolt chevy rear? I'd trust what I have to a 10bolt chev rear but I'm not as familiar with Fords. I might have close to 250 horsepower. By the way I have an 8" with a 4 lug(must be a rare one).
: Yoy do not need a 9-inch on a Maverick unless you're running over 300 horsepower or a 4-speed trans... The 8-inch is plenty strong and lighter in weight...The 7.5-inch/4-lug is a big No-no...
