Reverse full manual means it has a new TCI valvebody (pretty expensive), which is manual, (for some reason the reverse pattern works better)it reverses the shift pattern. Thats why some shifters (like the B&M pro-stick) have provisions for mounting the cable either on the front of the shifter or the back (for manual-reverse pattern).I don't think the stock valvebody can be converted to reverse pattern. The reason why it shifts so hard is that shift kits increase the line pressure and provide more flow for the fluid to operate the clutches and bands, so it shifts more instantly, instead of slipping the clutches for a second.
