I finally found a wrench that fits...7/8. I never thought to check metrics. It seemed to move freely so I didn't think about cross-threading either. I'll have to check it out. I sure hope it wasn't an air tool.

: Some wrench in the past may have picked up the wrong bolt and used an air tool to install it. Without 'feel' it may have just tapped itself.

: : Thank you for playing but you're all wrong, just kidding. I guess my plug came off of a Mack Truck or something because 11/16 wouldn't even fit so I had to go with the Robo Grip. Mine is closer to 15/16, what the?
