Want another set of heads to try out??? Got a set of 289 heads with Chevy valves that I need done. Also, is the car streetable. Want to know about the stall converter. I know I need one, just not sure where I need to go, and how far.
: Actually I'm in El Paso TX at almost 4,000 feet elavation... in Houston and Dallas Fun Ford Weekends it ran 13.30's !! It's a roller 302 from a 89 Mustang with a mild cam, Weind Stealth intake, and I ported the heads in my garage ( the first I've ever done so they are far from professional ) But other than that it is all stock stuf.. stock rockers, pistons, rods, crank.etc. I use a C-4 with a TCI 3500 Stall convertor and of course a complete MSD Ignition set up. 8-)

: : : I ran my Maverick in the Street class this weekend at my local drag strip and took 2nd Place... it was only a 100 bucks for second but it more than paid for my day out there. I kind of got screwed in the finals b/c I had a 14.52 dial in ( no nitrous for bracket racing ) and they dialed me in at a 13.52 and of course it won't run that... oh well, it was fun.
