Special Vehicle Operations. Basically they are the group at Ford that were responsible for the headers, high tech heads, and other hipo equipment that went on the the 5.0 Mustangs of the late 80's. They brought the HP numbers to their highest point since the Boss and H.O. models of the late 60's and early 70's.
