The story first:
I was backing out of a parking space today at the store when a Maroon '93 Subaru Wagon came tearing around the corner. I saw the car coming and stopped for long enough to turn to my friend and say "Oh sh*t" before it clipped my left rear quarter coming from the right. I was stopped and wasn't sticking out very far but the guy wasn't paying attention and didn't see me. I've got 2 witnesses on my side so I should be able to collect on the insurance pretty easily. On my car, he clipped the quarter panel extension and it kinda twisted around and caved in part of the quarter panel and scrapped my bumper. On his car, there is a solid dent from about the middle of the front passenger door all the way to the end of the rear door. Good 'ol detroit steel! The good part? After I get a generous estimate for the replacement parts and service, I'll pull my ducktail spoiler and extentions out of the garage and install those which I had been planning to do anyway!

Now the question:
About 2 weeks ago I installed my Performer RPM and Edlebrock 600cfm electric choke carb. It works great but sometimes its hard to start and doesn't idle well. It seems to start easiest when its cold. When the motor is hot, it is harder to start (I usually have to hold the throttle open a little) then it doesn't idle and I have to keep clearing it out. It sounds like it might be adjusted a little too rich but it seems to help when I pump the gas once before I start it which wouldn't make sense if it was running rich. I've got my timing set right and everything seems ok in that department. Any other ideas?
