Yeah I could sure use some help with my 72 Comet.I recently installed a resonator on my tailpipe.Before I did that i tried pulling the down turn completely out of the muffler.Well it didn't want to come out so after two days of putting up with it,I snipped it into a shape that resembles a detonated hand grenade.Well then i put on an adapter to clamp on my resonator and ever since then my right rear end has been squeaking.Today one of my friends told me (after driving it around)that it was my brake pads wearing out.The other said it was the muffler banging around but I see that as unlikely since I have it securely hangered and everything snugged tight.I suspect it could be my bushings.Any help would be appreciated.
