With my stock suspension I have 245/60/15's on the rear, with room to spare....sure I could have gotten 255's. You said you put 235's up front, I tried that and had trouble with tires rubbing the frame when turning....you might want to check that out. As for back spacing...I went w/3.5". T.L. is right (again) this makes the difference.....
