Okay...there was some discussion on torque converters, and their 1:1 lockup. Lets say you have an AOD tranny with a 2500 stall converter and in high gear it drops the rpm below say 2500, wouldn't that kinda be defeting the purpose, or am I way off. Would like to have a long discussion on this.
Also, can anyone suggest some vehicles that came with AOD trannies? Even thinking about a B&M AOD tranny. Thanks.
