Please allow me to assure you that the opinions and attitudes expressed by any one of the "regulars" on this board do not necessarily represent those of the rest of the "regulars". In fact I personally have benefited enormously from the wisdom many have shared with me or with others without any regard for personal gain. Forgive me if I don't attempt to answer your requet myself. Being a resident of Canada, what with exchange rates etc., I don't think my "guesses" would be of much use.
