Good question!! I thought i remembered pulling a c-4 out of a 70 torino with a 351c in it but thought i would check at a good ford site. According to them the 351c used the smallblock Ford (289/302) bellhousing bolt pattern. The info at this site is tremendous and it is the Ford V8 engine workshop site http://www.wrljet.com/enigines/
