will let you see how the engine is running. You can see if it is running lean, has vacuum leaks, has late ignition/valve timing (the latter indicating a stretched or slipped timing chain), sticking valves/lifters...etc. The gauges are cheap & very easy to use. You can get 'em at any parts store.

: I have checked to see if any vacuum lines were disconnected, but what do you mean by a vacuum test? Should i take it to a mechanic to check? Thanks for your help.
