77 parts on a 71

Here is the deal . I have a 1971 Mav. Basically rust free underside. A Cali car that was driven to Texas. It is a 200, no A/C and a lousy four lug rear. I can get a non running 302 77 with power disks and a five lug rear.

The 77 interior is trashed except for the door pannels, but had A/C and the floor shows a heck of a lot of rust. There is some rust on the front fenders of the 71 and the truck lid and the passengers side door was hit a little.

My Qs are:

1 what parts won't bolt on to the 71?
Front fenders, door, trunk lid, dash pannel, door trim

2 How much is a reasonable price for a parts car?
