When I am trying to sleep at 3 am, I don't believe anyone has the "freedom" to park across the street and wake me up with the thumping of their sub-woofer. Perhaps you would not object if I want to show off my new jack-hammer at 3 am ouside your bedroom window. After all, I paid good hard-earned money and America is the land of the free. You may think i am be a stodgy a-hole, but when people are inconsiderate of others that is where their freedom ends. This also includes loud exhaust and burnouts. And Lawrence Welk;-)
