It might not just be a lifter, I had a few bent(1 was really bad) push rods in my 200 ci, I put a couple in and worked all the lifters to see if they were free. One was stiff but I worked it lose. that was 4 years ago and I have not had a problem since. I just hacked it cuz i figured i would have the V8 in soon.....but ya know troble and money come and go and I am now just getting around to it :) I cannot complain though it has ran flawless since then(Knock on wood)!!
