I put Slick-50 in my 1990 4-Runner when it was new (after break in)and ever since. Can't really tell yet how good it is cuz it only has 200,000 miles so far and still running strong. Also have a 40,000 mile suburban running on it. I seriously doubt that it can fix anything but I do believe it helps prolongs life of the motor.
