How do I install a Tach? I have a tach, but don't know if it works. It has 4 wires. I found that 2 are for the light...I assume the 3rd wire is a ground for the gauge, and the 4th goes to the hot line on the coil?
If I hook it all up, and put 12 V+ to the gauge, should it jump, or does it have to be hooked up to the coil? It' a SunPro if that helps.
