I can't afford to keep my Mav, and I still have it. It's a 71' 4 Door, 250, Auto. Has 112k miles, took 200 bucks just to get the engine running smoothly. I've had it for 6 months, managed to drive it to my house about 10 minutes away, with a bunch of dirtly plugs and almost no brakes, and it is still sitting in the same parking space I put it in when I got it. I have pushed more miles on it, than I have driven it, since I parked it at my apartment. Still, it's a Ford, it looks like shit, but it sounds good, and I'm almost ready to drive it down the road. I'm a freshman in college, and took this semester off from school, just so I could get the car ready for the next couple of years worth of driving.

You car is the image of what I want mine to be, 302, better tires, mags, Black Bucket seats, floor shifter, their all on my wish list. You've already got them all, and you should keep it, you may get an extra 10 miles to the gallon on a Japanize car, but is it really worth it? What happens when something breaks on that car, first off, it will be 10 times harder to work on, and the parts are going to cost 3 times more. Keep the mav, in the long run it will save you money and agrivation, and you won't have to get rid of your classic Mav.

: Due to being a poor teenager, I'm being forced to sell my car and look for something cheaper to maintain. Its a '72 2dr 302 with 78k original miles. It's a California car with NO rust of any kind. AR CP-200 wheels and 235/60/14 tires. New Edelbrock performer rpm intake/carb. Dual 2 1/4" flowmaster exhaust. Custom 75% black interior with bucket seats and a Kenwood cd player with 4 alpine speakers. Headliner needs to be replaced. As far as I know the paint is original and in great condition. It has about a 6" dent in the rear quater caused by some asshole in a parking lot that happened just after this picture was taken. That picture is from Last June. The car runs super and is very reliable. It comes with a very clean '73 2dr 302 parts car that has a factory floor shifter, aluminum wheels and other cool stuff. I also have a grabber hood, spoiler, and sport mirrors ready for paint and installation. The car is located in Northern California near Sacramento. Asking $3000 for everything. Let me know if you have questions. I'm going to miss this car greatly and if I had it my way, I would keep it forever.
