On my old motor which was a mostly stock 69 351w with a slightly larger than stock cam and and edelbrock performer rpm intake and 600 cfm carb I ran 13.2 @ 104 mph. The rear ends on these cars are so light that traction really is a problem. I added traction bars and new shocks and it made a big difference. I am finishing up my new motor now which is a stroked 351 with edelbrock Vic Jr heads and a roller cam. I am looking to run low 11's on the motor and high 10's on the bottle. These cars are so light that they car really be made to go fast.
