The measurment is from the inside of the bead...not the outside edge of the rim. Also, the size may be stamped inside the rim (14x6, 15x7 etc.)
: I still can't decide what mine are....they are about 15.5" from the tip of the rim to the tip of the rim....they seem too big for a 14, and too small for a 15. Aluminum slotted "racing wheels" off of a mid seventies mustang.
