The coolant holes are also different: located on the exhaust side on the OZ engine, on the pushrod side of the US engine. Fortunately, that is a fairly easy modification.
Forget the OHC head - the engines are totally different. You would have to do an engine swap. Might as well go V8, unless you get a smokin' deal;-)
