Sorry....not true. Actually there was a Boss Maverick made, but not by the factory. An outside firm did it. I have an old magazine article from 1970 all about it and I hope to put it in an upcoming issue of "Shorthorns", the IMCC Official Publication.
: Did you guys know that Ford made a factory 302-BOSS Maverick? Yep. Just one. It was a 1970 model and it was a prototype that never went into production. I wonder where that car is today...
