If you are not a member and would like to become one, I can email you an application if you have a printer and can print it out.

Ditto for me. I sent a request back in April, and still haven't received anything. I figured that it may take a while since I doubt you all are doing this full time, but I figured I may as well ask again. I have E-mail and a printer, so you can save some trees and postage by sending the application via E-mail.
