No the car is no longer in Calif. I'm way out
in the sticks, never heard of smog inspections.
The Edelbrock catalog I just looked at says the
performer #3721 manifold (with EGR)and #1405 carb
are legal. Did you use something else ?
Did you keep the original "mild" cam, and is it
satisfactory ?
