I have the grabber spoiler on mine and the holes are drilled right where the metal is bent.

The holes are fairly big but i dont know the exact size. They are probably going to be hard to drill in a normal hood because of the angle, but if you take your time....as for the holes, just line up the bolts on your spoiler. The holes have to be big enough for the fiberglass surrounding the bolts to fit through. Thats about all i can say, im sure someone else has better advice, but i saw the post and figured what the hey!
