On my 302mav I had to replace the fuel pump. The bolt on it was stripprd out so I decided to go with an electrical one. I put it on with one of those pressure regulators and it ran fine then out of no where I notice oil on my intake. I found out the source to be the little metal fuel line from my old fuel pump. It isn't pumping it out with great pressure just a spurt here and there. Now to stop it I was thinking of just plugging off the end of the metal fuel line. Does anyone think that that is a bad idea? I never had a problem like this but I don't see what it could hurt.
Thanks
Phillip
p.s.
I got that pressure setting set to 3 on the pressure regulstor. Somone told me 3 1/2 to 4 would be better. I don't know if it would be (I already had one fire and I shure didn't like trying to put it out)
any thoughts or ->OPINIONS<-
Thanks again
