i have just built a motor for my truck and its making a tapping sound after a week i can tighten down on one of the rocker arms and the noise will go away but when it runs it skips but when its making noise it dont skip its a 302 ford engine with 471 cam 30 over flat top pist closed chamber heads if u have any suggestions please help
