Sounds like a 'promo' car (like in a give-away contest) I've never seen a Maverick as one but many others,especially NASCAR 'copies', done with late model vehicles.
: When I turned 17 the first Maverick that I owned was a 1973 "Players Edition" Maverick. It has a paint job that matches the Players cigarette packages with the matching interior. I still own the car I was wondering if anyone else had heard of the car. Maybe I've got a rarity here.
