That cam should run pretty good and should have a "slight" rumpety-rump sound. I have a Competition Cam with similar specs: .456 intake/exhaust lift, 218 degrees duration @.050
and 110 degree lobe separation (the smaller the number the rougher the idle). The early model Mavericks had a firing order of 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8. the later models have a 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 firing order...


: Well,i went ahead and bought that cam.Its a Power max,Max velocity By Crane Cams..I got the spec's on it..Here is what it says,456 intake lift,484 exhaust lift,204/216 duration at .050..Then it says firing order 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8...Does any of that stuff mean anything?Can anyone tell me what kind of horsepower gain i will get out of this In a 351-w..And if i will notice any sound difference.THanks.
