Want to really cheese off the Mustang crowd. Tell 'em they have a Maverick Mustang. When the Maverick was introduced in April of '69, Ford came ou with Maverick Mustangs, Maverick Torino's, etc. I have the sales flyer to prove it and one day I will put it in the club newsletter.

: I was living in San Jose,CA at the time and made the rounds to all the dealers.Itest drove alot of cars,one of them was a NEW 1970 Ford Mustang Grabber!

Well a few weeks later he calls me and says I have just what your looking for,come on down there off loading them right now.There hot off the press no one has one yet,you can be the first to drive one of these . So I go and what do I see ? Six brand new 1971 Grabbers! And yes they had the hood scoops and spoilers. This is what I base my post on.Did I buy one?
